Michael Cheng
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Cheng is an accomplished real estate developer and parking systems specialist with nearly two decades of experience spanning ground-up construction and advanced parking solutions.
Mike earned his Marketing degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business and launched his career while still in college, managing property renovations and development projects. By the age of 24, he had already transitioned into ground-up developments, a path that eventually led to his specialization in mechanical and automated parking systems.

As the founder of Epos Parking Solutions, a global supplier of mechanical, puzzle, PXD robotic, and AGV automated parking systems, Mike has led projects that maximize parking capacity and efficiency for parking garage owners in space-constrained urban markets. His expertise covers the full project cycle—from feasibility analysis and system design, cost optimization, and on-site installation.

Mike has worked with architects, contractors, and property owners to integrate cutting-edge parking technology into residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. He has successfully furnished and installed parking systems throughout New York, each tailored to meet site-specific constraints and local regulations.
Mike currently serves as Chairman of Commercial Real Estate at the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) NY-East Chapter, the nation’s largest Asian nonprofit with over 18,000 members and 41 chapters. He also served on Queens Community Board No. 7 (Greater Flushing area) and the CAC Board for the #1 New York Presbyterian Hospital.
